Fall is a time of transition people are seeking to shift out of the chaotic energy that many have felt in 2020. Yet, many are struggling to move forward because of the overwhelming avalanche of undesired change that has hit them this year. Finding peace can feel paralyzing, let alone figuring out what next step to take in life. We feel you and feel called to offer a unique retreat experience in the mountains of Lake Arrowhead.

 

Clarity Through Change is a 2020 reset. If you’re tired of feeling weighed down by the heaviness of this year, it’s time to clear that energy and make room for the positive change that you actually crave! 

Through experiences such as Hawaiian meditations, group reiki circles, forest bathing, group clarity workshops, nutritiously filling foods, and intention setting exercises (and more), you will leave with not only mental and emotional freedom, but tools to take with you for sustainable well being and the clarity it takes to move forward.

SCHEDULE

Day 1

Friday 11/13

Check In: 3 pm PST

Theme: Creating Community

Get to know your retreat hosts and retreat-mates over a community building activity, a nourishing meal, and a weekend intention setting circle.

Day 2

Saturday 11/14

Full Day

Theme: Clearing + Clarity

Clear any unwanted negative energy from 2020 that may be holding you back from navigating through change.  Once we have created space for this shift, we will move into the energy of clarity.  Through meditation, an interactive workshop, group discussions, journaling, forest bathing and reiki, we will be cultivating and calling in the mindset, tools, and the energy of growth and change.  Of course, FUN and good FOOD will naturally be infused.

Day 3

Sunday 11/15

Check Out: 11 am PST

Theme: Contribution

Our retreat comes to an end by celebrating our contributions.  When we work on ourselves, we can contribute to our families and communities in a much higher capacity.  We will also be setting intentions and sharing tools to cultivate sustainable change after our time together ends.

Q: What airport do I fly into?  

A: Ontario, CA

Q: Is transportation from the airport to the retreat included?

 

A: Transportation is not included, but we’d be happy to introduce guests with each other to coordinate carpooling.

Q: Is this a COVID safe retreat?

 

A: We will be taking your temperature upon arrival and we ask that if you are experiencing ANY symptoms that you do not come. Masks will be worn when we are closer than 6 feet a part and anytime you are in the kitchen around food.
