What We'll Do Together in this Workshop

In this live 40-minute class, you’ll be guided through a grounded, nervous-system-safe journey back to yourself. It's always intuitive, fun + deep.

 

Depending on the month's theme, we might explore:

  • Soul-led journaling + inquiry to get radically honest about where you’re abandoning yourself
  • Light embodiment, breathwork, EFT or meditation to help your body feel safe enough to follow what your soul is asking for
  • Practical frameworks to move from confusion → clarity → a brave next step
  • A live Q&A or hot-seat coaching moment where you can be witnessed in what you’re moving through

 

You'll leave with:

  • A clearer sense of what your soul is actually asking for right now
  • At least one brave, aligned action you can take immediately
  • A feeling of “ohhh, I’m not crazy. I’m just waking up”
