I’m Kama. A spiritual mentor, writer, entrepreneur and creator of Lush Life Community.
I help spiritual-but-real women stop abandoning themselves and finally trust their souls again. My work blends grounded spirituality, nervous-system-safe bravery, and a lot of silly, chaotic humanness.
I’ve walked through self-abandonment, codependency, burnout, and the pressure to live a “should” life. Everything I teach comes from my own process of choosing my soul over “safety” and building a lit + luscious life that actually feels like me.
