Embracing the Joyful Path: Choose Selfless Self-Care

My belief in getting deep and living light has led me to embrace the magic of discipline and pleasure, as well as the delicate balance of self-care and caring for our beautiful planet.

My upbringing in the enchanting jungle of Maui instilled in me a joyful spirit and a profound connection to nature. After creating Mukama Botanica, a sustainable and all-natural skincare line, I realized the transformative power of self-care and its impact on our overall well-being.

Driven by my passion for wellness and a desire to be of service, I became a certified 200-hour RYT yoga instructor, a meditation instructor through Unplug under the guidance of the renowned davidji, and a Reiki master under the incredible Kelsey Patel. My studies in the Fundamentals of Hawaiian Healing with the wise elders at Ho’omana Spa Maui added a deeply spiritual dimension to my journey.

As a teacher, I take immense pride in guiding others on their path to selfless self-care. Through meditation, yoga, holistic healing, and the spirit of aloha (love), I aim to be the catalyst for joy, pleasure, peace, self-love, and authenticity in your life.

It hasn't always been an easy road for me. I've struggled with body dysmorphia and heavy self-criticism, but I've come to understand the transformative power of filling our own cups. As you embark on this journey back home to yourself, I want to show you how to make home a place within. Your world is your temple, your teacher, and your playground—prepare to become your own best friend.
